That Neuro Coach!

When you know what you want to change, but you can't seem to do it - it's because you're competing with your brain's old hardwiring - and that old wiring is keeping you stuck!

You can get back in the driver's seat of your life when you know how to build new wiring!

As a coach I use cutting edge brain-based techniques (informed by the Neuroscience of change) to nail down your elusive dreams and tap into your brain's innate potential - so you can become the best version of yourself.

And that's why people refer to me as 'that Neuro coach'!

I also run workshops for businesses and organisations serious about change. In 2013 I will be offering the cutting edge change workshop 'Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself' (based on the work of Dr Joe Dispenza).

Please contact me to discuss your needs. Your initial consultation is free.
